Tamara has been waiting forty-seven years to have the wedding she’s always dreamed of. Last September Casey and Tamara were married by a judge in Logan’s clerk office. It was intended as a mere formality till they could raise the funds for a large, religious ceremony a year or so later in her former hometown of Nashville. She did not wear my wedding gown and it was very simple and not what she had dreamed of as far as her wedding after waiting 46 years for God to bring her husband into my life. Recently, things have changed to push up her wedding by many months because her mother is very ill and they were not sure she will be around much longer. With her dad already passed when she was a teenager, it was very important to have her mother at her wedding.
When she was planning her wedding in Nashville, she found me on Pinterest. She started pinning away then was relocated to Logan. While she was getting her hair done, the hair dresser showed her some pictures from a recent shoot she had done at the capital building. My shoot. Tamara realized that it was the same photographer she had been pinning and found it I was in Utah. She reached out to my website to see if I would travel to Logan and we found out we were almost next door neighbors. It was meant to be.
Tamara planned and designed her entire wedding – a classy, french vintage style. She planned every floral arrangement, styled each vignette and prepared every single decoration. The wedding was held at the Logan Country Club, which had a stunning view of the mountains out of the huge windows. Every corner was filled with very personal, pinterest-worthy details set up by the fabulous Bread and Butter Events. Justin Hamilton catered a delicious meal set up by the incredible staff at the country club. Everything was perfect, except when their dog Bella ran away right after the ceremony. Prayers were answered and she was found two days later.
