8/18/18 Wedding Day

I’m so excited to share this City Creek wedding. If you don’t remember these guys and their unique story, let me remind you! They told me that they went on the first date to a comedy show and then to get Indian Food! They totally enjoyed themselves, so Mitch invited her on a second date a few days later. But fate stepped in and they happened to run into each other on campus. They decided to just go get food right then, hence surprise second date! They have basically been going on dates ever since!  Just a few weeks later Mitch surprised her and proposed in the mountains behind Provo It was complete with a picnic and a beautiful ring just for her!

Stress Free Wedding Day

This is the story of how Megan and Mitch eliminated stress on their wedding day! (And yes it’s a real story, not a fairy tale!) These two were married at SLC Temple on Temple Square on the busiest wedding day of the year. (8/18/18) But there was zero stress felt all day long. A BIG PART of that was that their wedding reception was just 500 feet away from where they were married. It was at City Creek! There was no stress from Saturday city traffic, no forgotten bouquets at home in the fridge, and no one got lost! It was such an eye opener to me about how invaluable it is to choose a reception venue nearby your ceremony venue!!

City Creek Wedding

They had friends and family travel from near and far to celebrate them! They had yummy food for their guests and a beautiful cake. There were some heartfelt speeches from family members and some special dances in front of their guest! They CUT their cake at exactly 8:18pm in honor of their wedding date! I thought it was genius! Their send off was complete with bubbles for their guest! It was unusual for me, since they had to ride an elevator down to their car in the parking garage, so I followed them down and was the singular person to see them drive away! It was such an honor to serve them!! Congrats you two!
