Siale and Ofa are the sweetest couple. Ofa grew up on the Big Island in Hawaii and moved to Utah for school. Through Ofa’s cousin, he met Siale. He was pretty taken with her from the beginning, but their relationship grew through a few years of school, missions, ups and downs and through it all they became stronger. He proposed on her birthday last November with a scavenger hunt to all her favorite places with the important people in her life. She was so surprised!

We shot bridals on the famous Mauna Kea beach in Kona, Hawaii on the Big Island. We had the perfect weather for an amazing session, and Siale looked amazing in her custom dress from the Bride Shop in SLC. They flew the dress here in its own carry on. We joked the whole session and Explored the beach. I could chat with these two forever. I loved learning more about the island and the culture from them. They are seriously the perfect pair and their love is so real in front of the camera! I’m so grateful they brought me to Hawaii to photograph their love!

They were married in the Kona Temple on the Big Island of Hawaii on a perfect summer day. Their smiles were so big as they were surrounded by their amazing friends and family. They celebrated after with a true Polynesian party. Their was amazing food and lots of music and dancing. The whole day was filled with love and celebrating, and the true Aloha spirit. I am so honored they brought me to Hawaii to photograph their wedding. They are the kindest people and it was a dream to shoot at such a beautiful place of the country!! Enjoy!
