Starting your Day Right with Positive Affirmations

Positive thinking and positive affirmations are everything!

There are so many things in our lives that are completely out of our controls. But there are some things we can focus on. And if we focus on loving others and loving ourselves, I believe everything will work out.

I’ve recently been starting my mornings with positive affirmations after reading the Miracle Morning last month. I have been using positive affirmations off and on for a few years now, but when I committed to starting my day consistently, my life has changed.

Live My Best Life

What we focus on expands.

We are what we say we are. Our life is what we say it is. Live our best lives and be our best selves. EVERY. DAY.

Yeah, it may seem like hippie mojo but try it for seven days and see how your life improves:

POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS TO SAY OUT LOUD:

I am not perfect, but I am enough.

I am healthy and filled with energy.

I am a patient and loving mother + I know the individual needs of my children.

I don’t sweat the small stuff.

I can.

I am in charge of how I feel today and I choose happiness.

I will not compare myself to others.

Mistakes and setbacks are stepping stones to my success because I learn from them.

I feel powerful, capable, confident, energetic, and on top of the world.
