Tanner and Mary met around 10 years ago via friends. There was an instant connection and spark between them but they didn’t meet for a year. That is because Mary lived in Romania and Tanner lived in UT! Finally Tanner flew over to meet her as they traveled Europe. They have been a big part of each other’s lives ever since and they have basically traveled the world together. Out of all the places in the world that they have seen together, they chose their favorite place to be married. It was the same place that Tanner proposed to her a year before, Zion National Park!

Zion Intimate Wedding

They were married in front of Tanner’s family in a intimate ceremony with a wall of rocks behind them. They shared a sweet first kiss as husband and wife and then we loaded up the whole family to head to a spot that had magnificent view for family photos! The kiddos were champions and so fun with all the photos. It was a joy to get to know every single person’s name while we were there. That is the beauty of an intimate wedding! Being surrounded by exactly who you love most. They celebrated their wedding with a perfect dinner in a gazebo, with an amazing cake by Cupcakes by Julie.

We headed back up to Zion National Park the next night for some amazing day after formals! Tanner planned out the perfect tour of Zion National park so they could get their dream photos. They basically made all my photography dreams come true! Mary is stunning in front of the camera but even more kind than beautiful! I loved getting to know her. She even brought her cat down for the wedding events so we are definitely kindred spirits! Tanner and Mary are so welcoming and kind. They even invited me over for dinner after their formals, so we could hang out even longer! Congrats you two!
