This has been the longest awaited family session of all time…It was worth the wait for these Mantua family pictures! You’ll see….
We had Russel’s birth story on the calendar for MONTHS. We were getting so close to his birth when COVID hit. Restrictions were put in place at the hospitals and we all quarantined. After the birth, COVID kept Baylor and Russel safely inside with their sweet mom. Sounds like the perfect situation to me. Mandatory snuggles and every excuse not to leave the house!!
By the time we got around to scheduling newborn pictures, Russell was three months old! We decided to do family pictures outdoors instead. And it was the best decision EVER.
It was almost exactly a year ago when we took their bridal photos, and here they are again as a family of four. I love watching this family grow. They are so perfect together.
Baylor is literally the cutest, most energetic human. I love all his expressions, moods and faces. He is so fun to photograph. And Russell’s cute little stare, and strong little head was ADORABLE.
The poppy field at Box Elder campground in Mantua is the most magical location of all time. The poppies are only in bloom for a few weeks so we were so lucky to hit the window. We actually had planned a different location, but had to travel more south to avoid the storms. It ended up being a perfect fit for this family. From the sunshine to the vibrant flowers, it couldn’t have been more perfect!
Mantua family pictures are my new favorite!!
