A Baptism Session Filled with Light

For Rowen’s session, we headed to the beautiful Layton Temple! It had snowed all day before, and while that might have made some people nervous, it actually created the most magical light! The fresh snow reflected the golden sunset, wrapping Rowen in a dreamy, glowing scene. She wore a lovely white dress, symbolizing purity and new beginnings, and her bright smile made every shot even sweeter.

Capturing the Details

Every baptism session is unique, and I love focusing on the little details that make it personal. Rowen brought along her scriptures, which we incorporated into a few portraits. Seeing her hold them close with so much love was so sweet. And of course, we had to capture some twirls in her dress—because what’s a special day without a little bit of fun?
