Davis County Photographer | Bridget & Ethan Ogden Temple Wedding
It has been so much fun living in Davis County again because that’s where I grew up and I get to be a Davis County Photographer. I got asked a lot at Bridget’s wedding how I knew the bride and groom. My typical answer is that we didn’t know each other before the wedding and they found my photography services online. This time I got to tell people that my parents live by Bridget’s parents. I actually took Bridget’s mission pictures when I was just starting in photography. I’m so glad that her family has been trusting me ever since then.
Ethan’s family lives all around the country. Before the wedding Bridget asked me if there was any way we could take a big family pictures after the luncheon. They wanted to change out of their wedding clothes so that it was different from the wedding family portraits. We snuck off after the luncheon for a big extended family pictures. I’m glad that I was able to do this for them. It was cold and it took a lot of patience from everyone but it was such a special part of the day.
Bridget and Ethan both come from big families. Ethan was the last to get married in his family. Bridget was actually the first daughter to get married. During her Daddy daughters dance the brothers cut in, one-by-one, they all got to give their sister away. It made everyone in the room cry. After the sentimental dances everyone joined on the dance floor for one of the best dance parties that I’ve ever seen.
