Growing up, I grew up in the pacific northwest. And my favorite place the world was Wellsville, Utah. Of all the places, right?! My late grandpa lived in the historical farm and managed edge animals there. So every summer we would spend a few weeks on the farm. We loved climbing through the hay bales in the barn and chasing the geese (or being chased by the geese). We loved watching the chicks hatch in the incubators and riding in the tractor with grandpa. The historical farm has such a special place in my heart. That’s why I loved doing fall minis in Wellsville!
Fall Minis in Wellsville
Wellsville is at the edge of the valley and borders the Mountains. It’s great to do fall minis in Wellsville because the mountains act as a backdrop for the families. They provide a beautiful landscape of greens and yellows and oranges. The families we had out here were gorgeous. Each couple happened to have the cutest little girl. It reminded me of my sweet Piper Ann, the way they dressed up their little babies for pictures. Playing dress up is one of the best parts family pictures. I always make sure to do a few daddy daughter shots and these ones turned out so cute!
Wellsville always brings a smile to my face. I always love telling families my stories from my childhood there. It’s always such a pleasure to take beautiful photos in meaningful locations.
