Oh my heck! I’m so happy to be sharing these Mantua formals. Every time I drive through Mantua I stop off to search more places to take formals! It’s so gorgeous! It feels like I have known Gaby and Edvin for so long. I love when I get to do engagements, formals, and wedding day coverage. When I get to spend so much time with my bride and groom the wedding day goes so smoothly. I feel like I’m getting to know Gaby and Edvin so well and they are posing champs! They remember everything I tell them and continue to do it throughout the entire session. They are a photographer’s dream. We went down by the lake and to the poppies.

This formal session was so much fun because Gaby’s mom and Edvin’s parents all came to hangout! Edvin had a few outfits and Gaby brought some beautiful signs for pictures. I had jobs for all the parents. It was really helpful to have them carry the extra stuff so we could focus on taking pictures :) When Edvin pulled out his red suit jacket I was so excited!! I love when guys have fun details to add to the shoot. Usually everything is so focus on the bride (for a good reason). It’s always fun when the guy brings in more details for me to photograph.

Once again my favorite pictures from these two are all the ones that Edvin gets Gaby to giggle in. Her smile is worth a million bucks! Also– I asked Gaby who did her makeup fully expecting her to respond with the best makeup artist in town, because it was GORGEOUS. Get this, she did it HERSELF! No joke. If I could only do my makeup half as good as that I would be set for life.
