We have been taking pictures of Mebie Baby EVERY Wednesday for the past several years. Every once in awhile they rent a studio, and invest in new props to switch things up. This shoot was from the Mebie Baby Sweater launch a few weeks ago. We wanted something really simple, but also different to announce the new sweater line.
The dried florals were exactly what we needed to make things a little extra styled.
Lessons learned from Mebie Baby Sweater launch: Brand Photography that Stands out!
Mebie Baby gets pictures EVERY week but they do a few things to make their pictures stand out:
-
Send Extras
Consider sending in bows, clothes, toys or props that models can wear to uplevel the shoot to match your product
2. Add a budget for styling
Dried florals, specific paper backdrop rolls and adding on a stylist makes a huge difference.
3. Keep it consistent.
Even though they are sending extra props or adding a budget for styling that change up the shoot each week, we keep the same overall set up each week to keep their overall feed and photography consistent.
