Ogden Utah Wedding LDS Temple | MiKayla & Tyler

MiKayla & Tyler had one of the first warm summer days for their wedding. I remember thinking all morning that I was just so happy that it was warm. When I walked up to the temple I wasn’t sure which wedding party was mine. There were about 3 wedding parties around and they all had similar bridesmaids dresses. That’s how a photography typically finds their wedding at an LDS Temple. I was looking around, and all the sudden I spotted MiKayla’s dad, Adam. Right when I saw him I said “Are you MiKayla’s dad??” They are twins and it was the cutest thing ever!

Mikayla & Tyler are both the oldest in their families. A lot of our couples are referrals from their older siblings so it was a lot of fun to have a couple that had all younger siblings. I loved getting to photograph the siblings all day as they would play with their cousins! MiKayla’s little sister, and her cousins wanted to follow her around all day! They were obsessed with her beautiful dress!

It’s also really fun to have couples that are the first to get married in their families because so many of their aunts and uncles are able to come to the wedding. As cousins get older and have their own families, it gets harder and harder to get together, even for special events. I love getting to see such big families help celebrate their loved ones.

When it was time to clean up it got done so quickly because their were so many hands to help! I just love this couple and loved getting to spend the day with them! I love Ogden Utah Wedding s!
