Golden hour. Four kids. One big, beautiful field of wildflowers. This session with the Poulsen family was everything I love about summer in Northern Utah. We met in the glowing poppy fields of Mantua to capture their family photos in the blooming hills of Mantua, Utah—and wow, it was magical.

The Poulsens recently welcomed baby number four, and somehow, they make it all look effortless. Brikelle is the definition of supermom—calm, patient, and full of joy. Her husband brings the calm, steady energy that balances it all out. Together, they’re a total dream team. Watching them juggle four little ones with so much love (and laughter!) was nothing short of inspiring.

We started the session surrounded by vivid red poppies on the rolling hills. The sunlight filtered through the flowers, giving everything a warm, golden glow. After soaking up the wildflower magic, we shifted to the tree-covered paths of Box Elder Campground. This quiet, woodsy backdrop gave the kids room to explore and added a whole new vibe to their gallery.
