Desimone Family | Visiting from the PNW for Cache Valley Family Pictures
The Desimone family was only in town for a short visit, but they made time for something truly meaningful—family pictures in Cache Valley! After seeing their cousin’s adorable session, they decided to book one of their own while they were here visiting from the Pacific Northwest. And I’m so glad they did!

We kept things sweet and simple, with a focus on capturing their connection in a natural, relaxed way. The fall colors were showing off and the soft light gave us that golden glow that Cache Valley is known for this time of year. The kids were total champs, and the session flowed so smoothly.

Even though we only had a short window, we packed in all the good stuff:
Family snuggles
Playful candids
Classic portraits for their walls and Christmas cards

What I loved most about this session was how intentional it was. When families come in from out of town and still make time for photos, it speaks volumes. These memories are worth capturing—especially when life pulls us in so many different directions.

Making the Most of Your Time in Cache Valley
Whether you’re local or just passing through, there’s something special about taking a moment to slow down and document your people. Cache Valley offers such a beautiful backdrop in every season, and I love when families like the Desimones take advantage of that—even during a quick visit.

Thank you, Desimone fam, for trusting me to capture your crew while you were here. I hope these photos always bring you back to this sweet little moment in time.
