I’m Kylee — a photographer of 15 years, lovingly dubbed the Marketing & Systems Queen.
I started with a starter DSLR in a saturated market, learned the basics of SEO and organic marketing, and grew a $500K photography business with clients all over the world.
Along the way, I mastered the art of streamlining systems, growing a powerhouse team, diversifying my revenue, and landing national photography jobs with brands you know and love.
Today, I help photographers create simple, scalable businesses that feel as good behind the scenes as they look on Instagram.
When I started my business I never dreamed of 15K PAYCHECKS WHILE WORKING HOME...
A year after I started my business, I became a mom for the first time. What followed were years of hustle, babies, exhaustion, anxiety—and total chaos.
For most people, that season would have been the end of their business dreams. But I couldn’t quit. If I was going to spend time away from my babies, I was going to make it count. So, I went all in.
It wasn’t easy. A few years in, I was finally turning a profit. My marketing was working. Inquiries were flooding in. I was growing fast... but I was also drowning.
No systems.
No tools.
No time.
No energy.
No automation.
Just an endless swirl of to-dos, mom guilt, and “never enough.” Until one day, I crashed—hard—and ended up in the ER from stress. That moment changed everything. I realized a strong marketing plan wasn’t enough. I needed real support, structure, and sustainability.
