Introducing the very handsome North Thurston Senior, Tanner Holmes. Tanner moved in down the road from my family when I was in middle school and he was going into fifth grade. He rode his bike up a big hill and knocked on our front door asking for my little brother. We yelled for Austin and whispered “who is this kid?” behind the door. He rode his bike up the hill every day the rest of that summer and we all became friends. We played catch with footballs and grapes, hung out at Tolmie and did all sorts of fun things. It turns out he was really the same age as Brooklyn and they’ve best friends ever since.
Tanner is a goof-ball and always has been. He has a kind and easy-going personality. He meshes with people instantly. When I come to town, he visits Brody more than anyone. He has been nothing but kind to me and my family. I love this kid! He is a big-time diver and even placed at state! He also plays the guitar and sings, plays tennis, skateboards and LOVES his car. His mom knew about his last “outfit” featuring all of his favorites, but his dad was a little shocked when he showed up in a speedo while he was mowing the lawn. The reaction was priceless.
