Golden Dot Lane | Bows for Girls

How cute is this bows for girls company?! Taking commercial brand photos for Golden Dot Lane was so fun as a Kylee Ann photographer. It was my second brand shoot but my first with models. Kylee gave me instructions on what to do and I studied them and referred back to them through out my shoot as well as photos from previous shoots. Wow! The photographers on this team are so talented and they have captured golden dot lane so well! Taking pictures of the sweet baby girls was precious and i loved mingling with the moms. One of the models came all the way from Lehi to model for me. How sweet is that?! The baby girls were showing off their pretty smiles and especially their pretty eyes. The bows and head wraps looked darling on them!!

Taking pictures of products and styling flat lays is very new to me! Often times the products needs steamed. I have never even used a steamer before in my 29 years of life haha! I had been saying, i am not good at flat lays, but after talking to my sister she reminded me that i need to say something more positive like, “I am working on getting better at flatlays.” I am doing just that! I was scrolling the feed of Mandi who is also on the Kylee Ann team and her flat lays and product photography are incredible! I am definitely feeling more inspired to get creative with products and show off some lovely products through styling them.

It was my first week at Kylee Ann studios! It was wonderful working and talking with such wonderful women and taking pictures of wonderful people. I am finishing up some sessions I had booked before joining Kylee Ann studios. I’ll tell ya this, i think it’s time for me to get my lovely back pain figured out. Or is that just something you deal with as a grown up?! We are driving to Arizona as I write this, and my back is not ok! So I’ll keep you updated on if i do or don’t get my back figured out. Putting my body in positions it’s not used to taking pictures of products has made my back a bit angry lol.

Any way golden dot lane is such a darling bow company! I especially loved the head wraps and want to get some cute stuff for all the baby girls I know!!
