Tinder Date Gone Right

You read that right! This is a story of a Tinder date gone right!! Jamey and Derek will forever have a special place in my heart! They came all the way from Boise for our engagement session! They moved out there a few months prior for Derek to go to school. Jamey soon found a job there too and they began planning their wedding! They told me all about their first interaction, via Tinder! Their first date included him coming over to her house and watching The Office while eating peanut butter M&Ms. It sounds simple but it was perfect for them! He asked her to go hiking two days later! It’s amazing how much their lives have just melted together!

Snowshoeing Proposal Gone Wrong

Last winter, Derek asked her to go snowshoeing with him. On the way up Jamey was saying how cheesy she thought proposing in the snow was…. That derailed his plan a bit. The snow was so bad that they had to turn around and he instead pulled the ring out in the car in her parking lot instead. The Snowshoeing proposal went wrong but they love their unique story!!

Wildflower Engagements

We shot their engagements up at Tony Grove during peak wildflower season! I loved their outfits and the easy way they fit together. It’s just so clear how much they understand and adore each other. I just have to shout out Derek cause Jamey’s ring was a hard find! He had to track down this exact design from states away. It is soooo beautiful! Congrats you two!
