Veronica and Michael have been planning their wedding since early this year and today its finally here!! I’ve been anxiously awaiting this day since I first met them. They are a perfect pair, despite growing up on opposite sides of the world. You might remember that that Michael met Veronica via a mutual friend in the library at school. Michael served his mission in Japan and speaks multiple languages. Veronica has lived in Utah for the last few years and was so smitten with Michael from the beginning. She told me she never expected to get married in Utah, but she was totally in love with the landscapes that Utah has to offer for some amazing portraits. We’ve been planning her bridal session for a few months. It was a special session, because she wore TWO dresses!! Her friends in Hong Kong couldn’t attend the wedding so they wanted to do something special for her in their absence. So they bought her her dream dress and mailed it to her. Veronica was a vision in the champagne colored floral ball gown. This dress is so large, her best friend came along and helped us keep it clean with a sheet that we could tie up when we moved locations. We headed up Squaw Peak to find the amazing views that Veronica wanted so dearly. It was the best location for this amazing couple. Michael is so thrilled to be getting married to his sweetheart, and he and Veronica are so devoted to each other. Its so fun for me to see couples who have really spent the time getting to know each other. These two are a team and it was so apparent in the way he completely took care of her. I’m so excited to be spending the day with these two newly weds and their families today!
