High End Brand Photos | Hugbug Baby Shop
Hugbug is a beautiful, high end luxury baby brand who wanted to keep a light, airy, and elevated feel to their brand shoots. Consistency was important as they’d be rolling out new 2021 releases!
Throughout their monthly subscription shoots, I’ve been able to keep this look a few different ways! First of all, I use the same backdrops-white and light gray! Those help keep it light and consistent and are varied enough that I can shoot any of their products on one of those two colors.
Next I bring in simple textures through textiles. I have a variety of simple fabrics on hand that help add interest, along with Hugbug’s own special grosgrain ribbons! They are a connecting thread throughout their shoots.
Last piece of this puzzle is their absolutely stunning products. Hugbug is so good at picking out beautiful details! It was so fun watching the shine on all these delicate gold and silver details. Keeping the styling light and airy helped their shirts, ribbons, and Christening collections be the spotlight!
Why have consistency?
Lots of reasons! First of all, Brand Consistency is defined as “Brand consistency is the practice of always delivering messages aligned with the core brand values in the same tone, presenting the brand logo in a similar way, and repeating the same colors throughout your visual brand elements. Over time, these elements become ingrained in the minds of consumers, and they’re more likely to remember your brand.”
Consistency in your photo sessions makes a huge difference! As you can see, the biggest is that it helps communicate to your customers who you are and what your brand aesthetic is. If someone wants silver, gold, and whites, that feel luxury, they know Hugbug will deliver! It’s because consistency adds a subtle layer of trust to your clientele. Your images are part of your overall brand story!
