Rachel has been my dear friend for the past 3+ years. I met her a week after Brody was born, and we clicked instantly. Since then she’s moved out of state and back, and now we are re-kindling the best friendship. Her life and mine are very similar. We were married at the same age, had kids at the same time TWICE, and have husbands that went to high school together. She is starting on the photography journey, juggling motherhood and business. And the more we talk, the more we have in common. I adore my sweet friend, Rachel, and was so excited when she asked me to take their family pictures at her childhood home. Her parents are moving to SLC to be closer to all the kids, leaving this gorgeous home and property behind. Before they leave, we had to get these priceless family pictures on their property. We just barely missed the crazy rainstorm. When I loaded up my gear and got in the car, it started pouring, thundering and lightning.
