This family was so fun to photograph! I love photographing families with all boys because they know how to have fun with family pictures! We took these photos in preparation for their upcoming wedding as they will be blending their family! Aren’t they picture perfect?? Taking family pictures at Tony Grove is so beautiful! There are a lot of fun ways to pose families at Tony Grove Lake because of all of the different nature settings.

One of the ways to pose families at Tony Grove is to have them sit on a log. This is so cute and changes up the look of family pictures from just standing.

There are also a lot of rocks at Tony Grove. There are big ones that people can sit on or lean up against and smaller ones that can be used to prop a foot on!

One of my favorite family poses is to have everyone stretch out and hold hands and either walk towards me or across the landscape. This works great for families with small children!

Another way I like to pose my clients who have small children is to have them squat down by the kids! This is a print worthy pose every time and changes up the photo from just standing

When we have the family standing, I like to have the parents and kids interact with each other to capture some precious candid moments.

Tony Grove is the perfect location for any type of family session from extended families to families with no children. It is great for engagement sessions and even bridal sessions.
