I’m so excited to share these rainy engagements. Jessica and Matt in their ward a few years ago. They enjoyed playing basketball together. They quickly worked their way into each other’s hearts, even though there were several ups and downs through their relationship. Through it all, they only became stronger together as a couple. He proposed a few weeks ago up the canyon. They went to dinner and then he convinced her to head up the canyon, even in the cold. He had roses and and candles and a marry me sign! She was so surprised and so happy to say yes!

Their engagement session was one of rainiest days of the spring. Luckily these two are some of the happiest and most relaxed people in the world. I love their spunk and ease with each other! They were happy to shoot in the rain, which is everyone’s “Notebook”-esque dream! We adventured up the mountain, which was just too wet and headed to our back up location, the amphitheater in American Fork! We chatted about the Utah Jazz, Dave Ramsey and Jessica’s birthday which happened to be the same day! I love these two and can’t wait to celebrate their wedding with them in May!
