Logan River Park engagements
Kailey and Jacob were in the same ward for 4 months before they met. Their awesome bishopric puts on a live nativity at a barn every year in North Cache Valley and Jacob had some of his families sheep delivered for the production. Kailey is an animal lover and approached Jacob to find out what breed of sheep they were. Jacob thought that there was no way she could know the actual breeds they were, but when she said the actual terms for them, I think he fell in love in that moment. They chatted that night and afterwards, Kailey went home and couldn’t get that cute boy out of her head. Thanks to a kind bishop, they were able to go on their first date right before Christmas break.
They stayed in contact during the break, and falling in love was pretty easy. He pulled off an awesome proposal a few weeks ago by pretending to celebrate 100 days til the wedding in order to get her dressed up. Then Jacob got a call from that sneaky bishop that he needed Jacob’s help at that same barn they had officially met in. She had NO idea until they drove up and saw the lights. Their friends and family had been there setting up and Kailey was SO happy to say yes to forever with Jacob. We headed out on a rainy spring day for some Logan River Park engagements a few days ago and Jacob and Kailey were naturals in front of the camera. The rain didn’t even bother them and the colors were extra vibrant. I love these two people and their story! Enjoy!
