Katie and Hunter’s love story starts many years ago. They grew up super near each other in Washington. They actually were in the same seminary class in high school but their friendship started when  they were both in the same play. Hunter thought that she was so gorgeous, but also thought there was no way that she’d pay attention to him. She felt differently, he was cute too… and they ended up going to a high school dance together. Its been pretty much a fairy tale ever since! Katie is outgoing and driven and makes life so fun. Hunter loves the mountains and taking his girl on adventures. They were married in the Portland Temple on a gorgeous late summer morning. It was my first time visiting this temple and it was showing off its beauty for us. Their reception was held in their home town in Washington a few hours north, and it was fun getting to road trip with the couple and their family. Their reception was so amazing!! Katie went above and beyond making her reception feel like a classy garden party. The long wooden tables and the florals everywhere just gave such a romance to the atmosphere. They had SO many friends and family members there to greet them and give them their love. They had a big party to end the evening and it was so fun no one wanted to leave! I am so honored that these two trusted me to come as their Portland Oregon Wedding Photographer! Congrats guys!
