April 12, 2014. Leslie & Jared were sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple while their closest friends and family were inside and waiting outside. The exited the temple and greeted their family before we started taking our formal photos on the famous Salt Lake staircases. After the family pics, Leslie, Jared and I walked around the temple grounds to get a few formals and then they were off to their luncheon at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.
That evening we met back up at the Hidden Valley Country Club for their reception. It was absolutely beautifully set up and decorated. Linda Whinny did an amazing job with all the centerpieces. The flowers were seriously to die for! Alexa Bailey made the cake which was a perfect centerpiece for the entire room. The first hour and a half was a receiving line where so many friends and family came to congratulate Jared and Leslie. While they were in line, everyone else was enjoying fancy shish kabobs, salads and a crepe bar. After the line broke DJ Matt Checketts got the party started. I love a wedding party that breaks it down! So. Much. Fun!
