Tony’s Grove was an amazing backdrop for this special couple. I met them up there last week and I’ll admit, it was a little chilly. Ben had suggested this location because of the amazing views and also because he loves snow. I think that Jordyn and Ben are the type of couple that loves to go on adventures. They met at the end of last semester at a party at Ben’s house. These guys had been in the same ward for almost a year, but hadn’t met yet. Jordyn was about to leave, but her roommate stopped her by introducing her to one of the party’s hosts. A few weeks later, they went on their first date to Los Primos. Since they both served spanish speaking missions (Argentina and Louisiana), it was an easy choice for the first dinner. Then they went on their first adventure together on a dirt road up the Wellsville mountains. Even the road was a little sketchy, it led to an amazing view of the whole valley’s lights. They talked for hours and realized they had an instant connection. After just a few months of dating, he surprised her and took her back to the Wellsville’s. Ben had set up a circle of blankets in the woods, surrounded by Christmas lighs and rose petals. It was the best moment of Jordyn’s life when she got to say “yes” to forever with Ben!! These two are a blast and I’m so thrilled that I get to be part of their love story. Congrats guys!!
