Rae came up from Farmington, Utah for a mentoring session last week. We met at my house and did a one-on-one mentoring session covering posing and lighting then we headed out to Logan Canyon for some hands on practice with this beautiful bride and her sister. We were all totally frozen so it only lasted about 15 minutes. Then we went back and finished the session with a little editing.
I absolutely loved working with Rae. In fact, I loved her so much that I asked her to second shoot with me two days later. It was her first time and the best second shooter I’ve ever had. She pays attention to detail, she knows her settings and she is so fun to work with. Also, we almost died together (dramatic exaggeration), I’ve cried in front of her and ate bananas on her couch. So basically she’s now my go-to girl.
