I love love. and I LOVE Valentine’s Day!
Luke and I met (officially) a few weeks before Valentine’s Day in 2009. We lived 900 miles apart in those days, but he still sent be a big bouquet of roses for Valentine’s day that year. It was the first Valentine’s day gift I had ever got from a guy and I absolutely loved them. I even still have a few of the roses dried from that first year.
On Valentine’s Day 2010, Elder Maughan sent me a Valentine in the mail. <3
But the very best Valentine’s day was three years ago today. On February 14, 2011, my fiancé (now husband), Luke, sold his xBox to buy me my first dSLR. If you know Luke, you know that selling his xBox was a HUGE sacrifice and I am grateful for it every single day. He allowed me to start living my dream and has been pushing me and cheering me on every step of the way since that Vday.
So three years ago today I had a brand new camera. I had NO idea what I was doing but I did it anyways and loved every second. A the time I would have never DREAMED of being where I am today. Thank you friends, family and especially Luke for your love and support the past three years.
