Willow Canyon, Laguna Beach engagements | Holly and Bryan
Holly is a high school teacher from Huntington Beach and Bryan is from New Zealand and is an Air traffic control instructor in Alaska! They have been rocking the long distance relationship situation for quite a while, but thank goodness they don’t have much longer on that journey because they will be married this spring!
With Bryan working for the airlines, it makes it easy for these two love birds to be world travelers. It comes at no surprise that they had the most romantic engagement ever! Bryan got down on one knee in Rome, at the Coliseum to ask Holly to be his wife. How could she say no after a proposal like that?? They spent only the weekend there, but it will be a weekend they will never forget!
Bryan works for the airlines so it was no problem for him to fly down from Alaska for their engagement session in Orange County. I knew I would love working with Holly and Bryan because they were looking for variety in location for their pictures and that is right up my ally. Holly went on a search for the perfect combination of nature and beach! We started in Willow Canyon as the sun kissed the top of the lush, rolling hills. They danced, they laughed, they kissed as we hiked up the trail.
Holly and Bryan did a quick outfit change and we headed down to the beach to catch the last of the sunset. Laguna beach isn’t only famous because of the reality TV show, it’s beauty speaks for itself. We dodged the crowds as we ran down to the shore and took a few last shots as the sunset on the horizon.
I am so excited for Holly and Bryan and their future. They are the perfect compliment to each other . As we drove back to my car, they told the best story of a seemingly haunted air bnb while on a trip in Costa Rica and all their adventures during their travel. They are going to create an amazing life together.
