Photographing professionals who dedicate their lives to helping others is always meaningful, but this session held a particularly special place in my heart. This Ogden medical team headshots session for Activate Brain Clinic was more than just updating professional photos—it was an opportunity to document the team that has made an incredible impact on my own family’s life.
Doctor Seth has been my son’s neurologist for over a year. Before finding him, our family spent nearly three years navigating the difficult journey of epilepsy with little success. Those years were filled with uncertainty, countless appointments, and the constant hope that the next step might finally bring relief.
Working with Doctor Seth changed everything. His expertise and care have truly transformed my son’s life. Because of that, our family will always be some of his biggest fans.
When he reached out to ask if I would photograph new headshots for him and an updated team photo for Activate Brain Clinic, I felt incredibly honored. Being trusted to capture the people who helped our family so much made this session especially meaningful.

Why Ogden Medical Team Headshots Matter for Healthcare Professionals
Professional headshots play an important role in how medical practices present themselves to their community. Patients want to feel confident about the people caring for them, and strong imagery helps build that trust before someone even walks through the door.
Updated headshots and team photos help clinics maintain a polished, approachable presence across websites, social media, and marketing materials. They also help patients recognize the friendly faces they will see during their appointments.
Medical practices often invest in updated team photography for several reasons:
-
Professional headshots create a polished first impression online
-
Consistent photos help build brand trust and credibility
-
Team photos highlight the collaborative nature of patient care
-
Updated imagery keeps websites and marketing materials current
-
Authentic photos help patients feel more comfortable and connected
When patients can see the team behind a practice, it humanizes the experience and makes healthcare feel more personal.

A Team That Truly Changes Lives
During our session at Activate Brain Clinic, we focused on creating headshots that felt both professional and approachable. Healthcare providers spend their days helping people navigate some of life’s most challenging situations, so it was important that their photos reflected warmth, confidence, and trust.
The team worked together effortlessly during the session, which made it easy to capture natural expressions and genuine interactions. Those small moments of laughter between shots often create the most authentic images.
Seeing the final photos come together felt incredibly rewarding, especially knowing the people in those images had already made such a difference for my son.
A Full-Circle Moment
One of my favorite surprises came a couple months later. Around the holidays, I opened our mail and found a Christmas card from Activate Brain Clinic featuring the photos we had taken during the session.
That moment meant so much to me.
I keep that card framed in my office alongside other holiday cards clients have sent over the years that feature photos from our sessions together. Each one is a reminder of the relationships built through photography and the stories behind every shoot.
This one, though, will always hold a particularly special place in my heart.
If your business or medical practice needs updated headshots that feel professional, approachable, and authentic, professional team photography can make a powerful impact. The right images help communicate trust, personality, and the people behind the work you do every day.
