There’s something extra special about photographing families on land they’ve loved for generations. These Bear Lake extended family pictures in Garden City, Utah took place on the family’s private property—land they’ve cherished for over 50 years. Extended Family Session Process
We kicked things off with coordinated outfits. Each family group wore matching shirts in different colors. That made organizing group shots super easy and fun!
Later, they changed into soft neutrals. The tones looked stunning in the golden Bear Lake light. With rolling hills, mountain views, and wide-open skies, we had the dreamiest backdrop for timeless portraits.
As a family photographer, I aim to capture more than smiles in Bear Lake extended family pictures.
