Jessie and Blake are married!! It’s been a long love story between them and celebrating their wedding with them felt like a brand new beginning for their cute family. A few years ago Jessie went to Park City for Sundance and met a cute boy who was there celebrating his birthday. That was Blake and in those past 7 years these guys have built their lives together. They live with their family in Logan, and have the two cutest boys and a wonderful daughter! I loved getting to see these parents share a special day with their children and it was so apparent that they wanted their children to be a focus of their day. They chose to forego bridesmaid and groomsmen and instead Jessie had her step-daughter as her Maid of Honor and their sons as their groomsmen. I loved getting to see the two families of the couple interact because you can tell that all these people are just ONE big family. There were hugs and laughs all night long. One of Blake’s best friends performed the ceremony which included a jewelry ceremony for the kids were they presented the children with tokens to remember this special day by. Then the party started. Jessie and Blake wanted their party to feel like a party and they had an amazing dinner provided by Off-Premise Catering and lots of games for the kids. They even had a movie room for the kiddos that was such a good idea!

Jessie loved the nautical themed venue of Habor Village and worked that theme through the whole wedding. They had a boat with ice for the drinks, anchors on the napkins and over the top amazing florals provided by Dahlia’s Event Planning and Design. I loved the work these ladies did! Jessie’s hair and makeup was provided by her good friend and amazing vendor, Bre Hancey.  Jessie tried on lots of dresses, but ended up choosing the first one she tried on at Petals and Promises and the detailing took my breath away. I loved getting the chance to capture this special beginning for this family! Enjoy!
