When I was growing up, we had a few family friends. Where our entire family was friends with their entire family. The kids in our family matched up to the kids in their family. Our parents were best friends with their parents. When I first had Brody, I was lonely and thought we’d never have good friends like the ones we grew up with. And I’m so glad I was wrong. The Terrys are the BEST family friends! Brody and Lainey fight like siblings, but are finally at a stage where they love each other and play together. Piper and Avery are just a few months apart, so it won’t be long until their crawling around together. Brennan has been the BEST friend, but it wasn’t until this year when Austin and Luke started hanging out with us too. They’ve known each other for just as long because they worked and gamed together for years. B and I are both photographers, shoppers, money spenders, Amazon lovers, etc. We never run out of things to talk about…probably because we also both love to talk. Anytime spent with the Terrys is a good time.
A few weeks ago B invited us to the Box Elder Fair, which happens to be the best fair around! We had fun walking the children around to see the animals, taking lots of pictures and the famous rodeo. The kids loved it – the horses, the popcorn, the railing. It was a super fun evening in Tremonton! Who woulllda thought?!
