I love using photography to gift precious people in my life with beautiful pictures. My mom and Chatana’s mom met in beauty school almost 30 years ago. I wanted everything to be perfect for these Trappers Loop engagements. Chatana’s mom, Chantel, was Miss Rodeo Utah when she was younger. For some reason this is story has stuck with me for 17 years. In second grade I would always tell people that I knew Miss Rodeo Utah. Hahaha, I might have even said Miss Rodeo USA as a second grader. Chantel is one of my mom’s best friends and she holds a special place in my heart.

Chatana and Tyler are high school sweethearts. They have been dating for over six years now. They have so much depth and richness in their relationship. They honestly know each other better than anyone else. I’ve been watching their relationship grow since they were in high school together. Tyler is Chatana’s #1 cheerleader and Chatana is Tyler’s safe spot. They are so gently and sweet with each other. Every time I had Tyler look into Chatana’s eyes he couldn’t help but smile from ear to ear. After spending ten minutes with them you can tell how much love they have for each other.

Chatana and Tyler are getting married at Snowbasin in August and I can’t wait to celebrate with their family and friends.
