One day I didn’t create first. I woke up and scrolled social media, and I felt it. The doubt. The inadequacy. I got caught up in the comparison. “They’re better than me. They’ve been doing this longer than me. Why would anyone want to learn from me when they can learn from her.” I wasted my time and energy on feeling inadequate.
“Create before you consume.”
And then I heard this👆🏻 in a podcast I started. Whether it’s taking photos, writing a blog post, working on a home project or making a meal. It’s so important that we do something for ourselves before we look at what the world is doing.
I realized that if I want to feel like I’m not enough, I can find that truth.
But the truth I want to find today is: I am enough.
I AM ENOUGH.
