When this darling family client got their extended family pictures back they said, “These are SO perfect! Thank you so much!” I love making your families happy by capturing your precious memories.
The Evans Family was meeting up in Logan, Utah over Mother’s Day weekend. They also had a baby blessing that weekend so it was the perfect weekend to get extended family pictures. Getting a big group together for extended family pictures can be tricky between all of the different schedules so it is always a relief when the day comes and everything works out.
The Evans Family traveled from near and far so we actually started the session an hour earlier than planned so some of the family members could get on the road. It worked out great because the clouds were out providing nice even lighting.
We chose a spacious location so that we had plenty of space to take their big group picture.
This Springy flower location is near Green Canyon in Cache Valley. It is a great location for extended family photography. The outfits they picked were perfect pastels which looked amazing against the green and the cute yellow flowers.
There were A LOT of cute little kids at this family photoshoot. To keep the kids focused, we played games, sang songs, and ate candy at times! The kids were so good and happy and the adults had fun making the kids laugh.
It is always fun to see the family dynamic at extended family sessions and to see how everyone interacts together. The nieces and nephews were laughing so hard at their uncles!! I wish I could have seen what was going on behind me!
At extended family sessions, I love to pose the group spread out in their own individual family groups. This is a popular request at extended family sessions, and it is often the photo the family chooses to print in their home!
The Evans family looked darling at their family picture session! We photograph families all year long and would love to capture your precious family! When was the first time someone on the Kylee Ann Team took your pictures? Comment below!
