My family came to town!!!!! Since I moved to Utah 4 years ago, I have been back to Washington A LOT. Like wayyy more than the average person travels. Between holidays, school breaks and picture-taking opportunities, I was almost back home every other month and some months I was even in Washington more than I was in Utah. Finally, my business picked up in Utah and I had to cut back on my travels and out-of-town photo shoots. Since Brody has been born and maybe since I moved here in 2010, this was the LONGEST I have been away from my family! Christmas Break to Spring Break. AH!! Soo it was definitely time for them to come visit.
We had so much fun while they were here with family. On Saturday, we spent the entire day in Grace, Idaho with aunts, uncles and cousins watching General Conference and eating until we were sick. The next day we repeated the same pattern of watching Conference and eating until we were sick, except we did it in Layton with more aunts, uncles and cousins. Brody had SO much fun with his aunt and uncles being silly and entertaining the entire week. We hit the DI a few times, Deseret Book, Seagull Book, Downeast, and all my mom’s other faves that she can’t get to in Olympia. We played at the park, visited with cousins and our last stop before they left was the Jump Zone. I was on a camera-break the entire time, so these are the only REAL photos that I have to share and half of the photo credit goes to my mom!
Thanks for coming family. Miss you guys already!!
