Brooke was working at a physical therapy clinic when a sweet patient asked for her number to give to her grandson. It wasn’t the first time someone had asked but they had a special relationship and Brooke took a chance. Hunter trusts his grandma as well and called her up! Their first date was out to ice cream! They hit it off but didn’t start exchanging date invites for a few months after. They’ve been attached at the hip since then! Just a few weeks ago, Hunter invited her on a date to the same place they went on a hike early on in their relationship. He brought along his sister too to throw Brooke off the scent of a proposal. He asked his sister to take a photo of them, and then surprised her by sinking to his knee with a ring! She was so excited to say yes!
I met Brooke at a wedding in August this past summer! She was roommates with my sweet bride Marissa! We figured out that Brooke served her mission in my home state and was friends with my new sister in law as well! So my brother’s announcement found it’s way to Marissa’s and Brooke’s fridge. I love hearing about connections and getting to serve friends of my brides!
We headed up to Tibble Fork for their engagements! We got lucky with good weather for their session. They were so giggly and happy together. It made my job exceedingly easy. They did so well on their outfits! I’m so excited to photograph their wedding coming up this winter!
