I have been texting, Facebook stalking and Instagram following my beautiful bride, Heidi, for months now, but we didn’t officially meet until the wedding morning. She was so relaxed, calm and perfectly laid-back on the morning of her wedding day. Model bride behavior. She made the day fun, and stress free for everyone in attendance.
The entire wedding day was held in the Aerie Ballroom in Centrelia. They had a beautiful bridal suite, grooms suite, ceremony hall, reception hall, and bar.
She did her hair twice because it fell the first time, her make up then her bridesmaids helped her get into her gorgeous gown.
Meanwhile the men set up the reception hall and ceremony room, had “story” time, then struggled to get into their fancy tuxes. A few extra sprays of cologne and they were looking and smelling much better.
Before the ceremony, the bridesmaids and groomsmen gathered to watch Eddie’s first look. Heidi came in behind to surprise Eddie. They smiled, hugged, kiss then did their famous handshake. Meanwhile, the wedding party oo-ed and aww-ed above.
The ceremony was the perfect length, but my personal favorite part was the bride and groom exiting to “The Perfect Two.” A special thank you to Daren Falter aka Dad for second shooting during the ceremony and part of the reception.
The groom’s son was the cutest little man you’ll ever see.
This adorable shot above was my favorite shot from my Dad’s camera. Such a handsome little man.
And the DIY decor was to die for!
Can you spot the pregnant bridesmaid?
At the end of the night, he wouldn’t let go. He was going back to Texas with the grandparents and his daddy was going back to Afghanistan. It was beyond sweet.
