Brennan and I started out as a team for a bride we both knew in 2011. She did the make up. I did the pictures. We became Facebook friends and finally met this year! We both have babies just a few months apart, so not only are we a hair-make-up-photo team, but now mommy friends. It has been so fun getting to know her, planning shoots, and pool days with the babies. I was honored when she asked me to take their family pictures.
Drake just got back from his mission in Chile, and his little brother Mitch is leaving to Argentina. Allie will be the last one left at home and Brennan is the first one married. Lainey is the first niece and grandchild and oh, so loved. It was way past due for a family picture. And boy, are they a good looking family. They were easy, gorgeous and simple.
Last minute, we changed locations and I am so glad we did. The field was the perfect length, color, texture, EVERYTHING. The sky was a perfect mix of clouds and blue. The trees on the edges framed them perfectly. The mint and white stood at just like it should have. And nothing distracted from their faces.
