February 18, 2015. That was the day I decided to hire an assistant. I posted “Hiring” on Facebook and Instagram. My email blew up. Feb 18, 2015. The day Rachel applied. And the day I read her email and hired her 30 seconds later. Literally. Feb 18, 2015. The day my business and life got a million times better. I love this lady and can’t imagine surviving life without her by my side!

A year ago it was just me. I had met Rachel Hudson at my second Kylee Ann Workshop. She was just an attendee, and biggest follower/fan. Who knew she’d become my assistant, then a Kylee Ann photographer and my best friend. I couldn’t imagine life without her now. Every year our business has grown in so many ways, but 2015 knocked it out of the park. So excited for 2016 with Rachel by my side.

I think I had a dream that you would be hiring- I seriously have checked everyday for months for something like this. I would love the opportunity to work for you and be part of your business. I work right now as a graphic designer for the USU Library and I am proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word, iMovie and now Lightroom. Right now I am only in my last 8 credits for my Photography BFA and they all conveniently fall on Wednesdays so that is that only day I have class. I nanny in the mornings and on Tues/Thurs afternoons design and photograph old books at the USU Library. So I have open blocks of time on Monday/Friday afternoon, Wednesday mornings, and every day (but Wednesday) after 5pm! I don’t have a boyfriend/husband/kids to neglect while working hard. I know how to meet a deadline and I am fast I am at learning and proficient on all things on computers! I am living in Logan for the foreseeable future and not to be creepy now that we’ve finally met but I have followed your business since 2011 and I have seen how far you’ve come while maintaining a family, and you are by far my favorite photographer of all the 1000s I follow on Facebook!
