The app that keeps me SANE!! Hootsuite is a miracle for us busy entrepreneurs that are trying to grow our business while juggling all our other responsibilities in life. For me being a mom comes first. When it’s 8pm and I’m supposed to post on Instagram because it’s my “peak hours,” I have two kids harmonizing to the “mom, mom, mom” chant and my brain has turned to mush. Instead of locking myself in the bathroom to come up with an interesting, engaging, profound Instagram post, I want to be playing dead on the floor while two crazy kids jump on my back. #freebackmassage

FIVE THINGS I LOVE ABOUT HOOTSUITE
1. EASY Scheduling for ALL Accounts
Hootsuite allows me to schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google and other things I’ve never even heard of. I can choose ONE day a week to schedule 7 posts for the week. This allows me to me well-rested, pumped up and inspired when I write. Once you find your groove of 1-2 posts, the other 6 come SO easy. You feel like you could write captions for hours.
My captions SO much better! I can also control the look of my feed and make sure I have all my favorite pictures posted without over-gramming all at once. Also, when I post on Instagram, I can choose to post the SAME content in my Facebook page or group without having to copy and paste three times. Because of Instagram’s rules, you can not auto-post to Instagram but it will notify you when it’s time to post. You open the notification, click “post” and Hootsuite will open the photo in Instagram with your copied caption.

3. It’s Not Just Instagram!
A scheduling app that is NOT just for Instagram. I originally left behind several cheaper, prettier scheduling apps and switched to Hootsuite for this main reason: It’s more than just one Instagram account. I can keep track of my Facebook groups, multiple IG accounts, Facebook page and more from Hootsuite. This saves me time and money!!! I love being able to go to ONE place to see all my social media accounts.
4. Analytics for Instagram & Facebook in ONE Place!
I can track my growth. I can see what’s working and what’s not working. I can see if I’m engaging my audience. It’s amazing to know what we are doing right, and how we can improve with each week. I LOVE being able to see my growth with numbers, graphs and colors. Nothing like a little red to get your booty in gear!
5. There’s an APP for It!
At the touch of my fingertips, I have all the scheduled posts and pictures for the weeks and months ahead. An app of all the greatest content – whether it be pictures, captions or pictures with captions. Posts are easy to move around and easy to see!
I have scheduled pictures on hand for when I feel the need to post but have nothing on my phone thats Instagram worthy. I have captions on hand for when I have amazing pictures to post but nothing to say. It’s been a GAME-changer for my feed and my life.
