Some families have a quiet summer. The Wolff family definitely isn’t having one.
One missionary just came home. Another missionary is getting ready to leave. And both daughters are getting married just one week apart.
That’s a lot of life happening all at once—but in the very best way.
I was so excited to photograph the Wolff family at Jardine Juniper in Sardine Canyon and document this little snapshot of their family before everything changes again. They were so much fun to photograph, and I loved getting to celebrate this incredibly full season with them.
As a Jardine Juniper family photographer, these are the kinds of sessions that remind me why I love family photography so much.

A Family Photo Session in the Middle of a Big Summer
Family photos are especially meaningful when you’re in the middle of a major transition.
The Wolff family has so many milestones happening within just a few weeks. One daughter is preparing for marriage, another is preparing for marriage, one missionary is home, and another is getting ready to leave.
Before long, the family will look a little different.
That’s exactly why this session mattered.
It gave us a chance to document everyone together during this very specific chapter—the people they are, the relationships they share, and the excitement surrounding everything that’s coming next.
Why Jardine Juniper Is Beautiful for Family Photos
Jardine Juniper in Sardine Canyon is such a beautiful location for family photography.
The mountain landscape, towering trees, and natural scenery create a gorgeous backdrop without making the photographs feel overly staged.
I love photographing families in places like this because the scenery gives us room to move, explore, and create a variety of portraits while still keeping the focus on the people.
And honestly, the Wolffs made the location even better.
They were relaxed, fun, and so easy to photograph.

When Life Gets Crazy in the Best Way
There are seasons of family life when everything seems to happen at once.
Graduations.
Missions.
Weddings.
New babies.
Moves.
New jobs.
Sometimes those seasons feel completely chaotic, but they’re also the moments you’ll talk about for years.
That’s what I love about family photography. We don’t just photograph what your family looks like—we document what life looked like.
For the Wolffs, this is the summer of two weddings, two missionary milestones, and a whole lot of celebrating.
And yes, I think Mom has absolutely earned a vacation after all of this.
Photographing Families Through Every Season
One of my favorite things about being a family photographer is getting to see families return for different chapters of their lives.
The kids grow up.
Missionaries leave and come home.
Children get married.
Families expand.
And somehow, I get to be there with my camera to document it.
As a Jardine Juniper family photographer, I love creating photographs that preserve those seasons before they become memories.
If your family is celebrating a major milestone—or you simply want to document everyone together while you can—I’d love to photograph your family in Sardine Canyon, Cache Valley, or anywhere throughout Northern Utah.
