Chris and Jordan met in their ward last fall. Luckily, Jordan’s roommate is also Chris’ TA. Thanks to some “feigned homework help needed” Chris came over to visit Jordan’s apartment. They talked for almost a week straight via Facebook messenger when they were out of town and when they got home, they were pretty much attached at the hip. They both have the same goals and dreams for their life together. Chris proposed to Jordan while her family was in town visiting from Brazil. He had to entice her up to the canyon they enjoy visiting by telling her he had a late birthday gift and a poem. When they got up to the canyon, he gave her a bag shoved full of coupons to throw her off. Even when she pulled out a jewelry box he had her convinced it was a necklace… but when he opened it was a ring! Even before he could ask her the question, she was saying yes, yes, yes!!
We headed up together for their Tibble Fork engagements. These guys love the outdoors and the mountains so the was the perfect location to highlight the beauty of Utah, and their relationship. They love to laugh together. Chris is always making Jordan laugh. In front of the camera, they were at ease and so in love. It was a little chilly and windy that day, but I think wind in the hair makes photos look romantic, and these two are very romantic! They did awesome with their outfits as well! I loved Jordan’s buffalo print dress, here is a similar one here. Enjoy!
