This cute North Thurston High School senior is Dana! I had so much fun getting to know her and her mom the other day. We went to the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge. It was a perfect day for pictures and a beautiful morning walk. The weather was crisp and gorgeous. Birds were flying all around. And everything was perfectly wet and green. Dana is a year-round swimmer for the high school and a club swim team. She also plays on the NTHS tennis team. Dana is so sweet and totally adorable! My favorite seniors are always the North Thurston seniors. I’m a bit biased. I just love my Rams!

If you haven’t been to the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge, you should definitely check it out sometime. “The Nisqually River Delta, a biologically rich and diverse area at the southern end of Puget Sound, supports a variety of habitats. Here, the freshwater of the Nisqually River combines with the saltwater of Puget Sound to form an estuary rich in nutrients and detritus. These nutrients support a web of sea life – the benefits of which extend throughout Puget Sound and beyond.”
