Los Angeles LDS Temple Wedding Photographer | Rebecca & Adam
Oh my goodness, I can’t even begin to describe how much fun I had documenting Adam and Rebecca’s stunning wedding day! As a Los Angeles LDS Temple Wedding photographer, I get to witness so many beautiful weddings, but this one had that *extra* magic that makes my heart so full. From the golden sunset on the beach to the family-packed celebration at the temple and the epic dance party, it was the kind of wedding that makes you want to grab your camera and shoot non-stop!
Let me take you through their absolutely *gorgeous* day, starting with their sweet beach bridal session all the way to the sparkler send-off at the reception. Spoiler alert: it was an absolute blast!
Beach Bridals in Encinitas: A Perfect Start
Adam and Rebecca grew up in the LA area, and their wedding was truly a celebration with family from both sides. But before we dove into all the temple magic, we started with their bridal session on the beach in Encinitas. And let me just tell you, the sunset was so golden, I thought I was shooting for a magazine spread! I swear, Adam and Rebecca must’ve practiced their poses before the shoot, because every single one was *flawless*—either that, or they’re secretly professional models! Seriously, these two were absolutely stunning.
The beach provided the perfect backdrop with soft waves rolling in, and the sunlight hitting Rebecca’s dress like something out of a dream. It’s moments like this that remind me why I love being a photographer. I get to capture these incredibly intimate, glowing moments of love and beauty.
A Beautiful Ceremony at the Los Angeles LDS Temple
Then it was time for the big moment—Adam and Rebecca’s ceremony at the iconic Los Angeles LDS Temple. I’ve photographed quite a few weddings at LDS temples, but this one is definitely in the top 5 of favorites.
I couldn’t help but smile watching how many people were there to support them as they made such a meaningful commitment to each other. Adam and Rebecca walked out to a tunnel of family and friends greeting them with joy and excitement. It was such a sweet moment—there’s nothing like seeing two people start their forever together, surrounded by the people they love the most.
Family Photos: The Fun Begins!
After the ceremony, we jumped right into family pictures. Rebecca and Adam, as the oldest children in their families, were so loved and supported by their younger siblings, who were *over the moon* about gaining a new family member. Watching those little siblings share in the joy and excitement of the day was honestly one of the highlights for me!
We made our way through the beautiful temple grounds, snapping pictures with the families and capturing all the tender moments. As always, I made sure to sneak in some candid shots of the family just enjoying the day. It’s those little, unplanned moments that make a wedding day so special.
A Little Quiet Time: Just Adam & Rebecca
Once we wrapped up family portraits, Adam and Rebecca took a little breather and strolled through the temple grounds just the two of them. We spent some time capturing those intimate, quiet moments, where they could just soak in everything that was happening around them. There’s something so beautiful about getting those private, unspoken moments amidst the bustle of a wedding day.
We got some truly *magical* shots—Adam and Rebecca, hand in hand, with the temple in the background, t’s these photos that always end up being some of my favorites.
The Reception: Let the Party Begin!
After all the formalities, we headed over to their reception where the fun really kicked off! And oh my goodness, can we talk about the taco bar? If there’s one thing I love, it’s a good taco bar, and Adam and Rebecca went all out with all the fixings. (I think I ate my weight in guac, but let’s keep that between us.)
But the food was just the beginning! Once everyone had their fill, it was time to hit the dance floor, and that’s where the party REALLY took off. What I loved most about their reception was how seamlessly both families came together. It was like they had known each other forever, dancing, laughing, and celebrating the night away. The energy was just infectious, and I could tell how much love and joy was flowing between everyone.
Sparkler Send-Off: A Magical End to the Night
To cap off the evening, Adam and Rebecca had a sparkler send-off, and let me tell you—it was *magical*. There’s something about a sparkler tunnel that feels like the perfect way to say goodbye to the best day ever. The joy, the excitement, and the love between them was so palpable, and I’m so grateful to have been the one to document this perfect day.
Conclusion: Honored to Be Part of It All
I walked away from Adam and Rebecca’s wedding feeling so honored to have been part of their special day. Their love for each other was evident in every glance, every smile, every laugh. From the golden sunset on the beach to the heartwarming ceremony at the Los Angeles LDS Temple, and the incredible celebration with their families—it was a day I’ll never forget.
Adam and Rebecca, thank you for letting me be the one to capture your beautiful wedding day. I wish you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and endless adventures together!
And to anyone else thinking about an LA Temple wedding, trust me when I say it’s worth every moment. The beauty, the spirit, and the joy of the day are something you’ll cherish forever.
Until next time, friends!
