Brandon and Megan grew up across state lines. Thankfully due to social media, these two met for the first time last year. On a trip down from Pocatello to SLC, Megan stopped by Logan to meet Brandon for their first simple date. They found out that they fancied each other and made their “courtship” official around Christmas time. Fast forward to this spring when Brandon concocted a plan to ask Megan to be his wife. She came into town and took her to a movie. She was surprised when he suggested to head back to his parents house, since she thought the night was young and she was hoping to continue the date longer. He insisted they go home and when they got there he lead her straight to the back yard, where they have a large 30ft swing set. Brandon and his mom had strung white lights along the frame and the ring was waiting for Megan on the swing. Brandon knelt down and asked her the most important question she’s ever said yes to!
When I met these two, I knew I needed to take them to some of my favorite locations in Logan. We first met up at Zollinger’s Tree Farm and then stopped by a rose garden I keep driving by. I love finding inspiration on locations that have never been shot before. With Megan long hair and Brandon’s dark features, these two are a striking pair. We ended the evening, barefoot in Denzel Stewart park and I will just tell you that these two are a blast. Megan works in Pocatello at a hospital and Brandon is also done with his pre-med degree. He also travels all the time with a Salt Lake City ultimate frisbee team. Basically, I could tell that these two are both go-getters and both so devoted to each other. Megan is such a sweetheart and Brandon is always a party. I am so glad that I got to work with these guys for their engagements. I can’t wait till bridals!
