We photographed this session at the Ogden Botanical Gardens, and we truly caught it at the perfect time. Early spring in Northern Utah can be unpredictable, but this evening gave us the prettiest blooming trees, fresh greenery, and soft light throughout the gardens.

The location worked especially well for this family because it matched their joyful energy perfectly. There were so many beautiful little pathways, flowering branches, and open areas for the kids to move around naturally instead of feeling stuck in stiff poses.

I love photographing families at the Ogden Botanical Gardens because it offers so much variety while still keeping everything close together.
