Ahh! So I’m so excited I got to be a PNW wedding photographer again! I met these two last year at Savannah and David’s wedding!!! Now it’s their turn! Alicia and Josh met while both living in the Pacific Northwest. Alicia was new to town and try it out do you dating app called Bumble.

From their first date they were both wearing similar fuzzy hats and she knew that he was someone she was interested in. She made a point to make sure not to kiss him on the first date though because she thought that it could definitely get serious and wanted to keep him guessing! Just a single month later they were walking near a lake and saw a couple getting engaged. That moment a seed was planted in both of their minds that someday that could be them.

Fast forward a few late years later. They have built a life together and even have a dog named Kevin. Josh surprised her by taking her out to his parents garden where she had been working planting flowers all day. Even though her hand or dirty he took her by the pond and waterfall and pulled out a ring box and propose to her.

She was shocked but so excited to say yes! They are excited to get married in the exact same spot in the flower garden. Alicia is creating this flower garden from her bare hands and growing a lot of the plants from seed! I loved being a PNW Wedding Photographer again!
